d) Contract Processing

Within the scope of contractual relationships, we process personal data of customers and business partners.

Purpose: Performance and execution of contracts.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

e) Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to and stored on a server operated by Google. It cannot be ruled out that data may also be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the USA.

Purpose: Display of maps and improvement of the findability of our location.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie or consent banner).

f) Visable GmbH

Kuppler GmbH uses products and services for analysis and marketing purposes that are provided in cooperation with Visable GmbH (Visable GmbH, ABC-Straße 21, 20354 Hamburg).
For this purpose, data is collected, processed, and stored using counting pixel technology to create at least pseudonymized usage profiles and, where possible and reasonable, fully anonymized usage profiles. The collected data, which may initially still contain personal data, is transmitted to Visable or collected directly by Visable and used there to create the aforementioned usage profiles. Personal identification of visitors to this website does not take place, and no other personal data is merged with the usage profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal data, they are deleted immediately.

5. Storage Period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to achieve the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention periods apply.

  • Cookies: depending on type, between the end of the session and a maximum of 12 months

  • Contact form or e-mail inquiries: up to 1 year after final processing

  • Contract and invoice data: 10 years in accordance with commercial and tax law requirements

  • Server log files: maximum of 30 days

After the respective period has expired, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Personal data is disclosed only if:

  • this is necessary for contract performance,

  • there is a legal obligation,

  • explicit consent has been given, or

  • processors are engaged.

Recipients may include in particular:

  • hosting and IT service providers,

  • providers of analytics or mapping services (e.g. Google Maps),

  • authorities within the scope of statutory obligations.

Processors are contractually bound in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR and process data only on the instructions of the controller.

Personal data is transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA) only if appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses are in place or on the basis of explicit consent.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects have the following rights:

  • Right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR

  • Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR

  • Right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR

  • Right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR

  • Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR

  • Right to withdraw consent pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR

8. Right to Object

If personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, data subjects have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from their particular situation.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the GDPR.
